Writing a contract on Zipforms on your Ipad & sending to Docusign
I get a ton of questions on this and had previously posted on emailing to the Box.com email folder options. Now with the update with Docusign Ink App on you Ipad things are much easier -(Thanks to my friend, Veronica Mullenix www.veronicamullenix.com
Step 1- download Docusign Ink & create account (if you are already a Docusign user, you will use your current Docusign log in)
Step 2- On your Ipad go to Safari. Then go to m.zipformonline.com (you must have already purchased the mobile version )
Step 3 – Tap on the right hand arrow on the transaction you want to open
Step 4 – tap on the form you want to edit by tapping on the right arrow. Once you are done editing your form, then you can tap on view
Step 5 – Then at the top of the screen tap to get the Open in…Then tap to choose Docusign Ink
Step 6 -then tap to Add to Current Document
Step 7 – type in remote signers information, then tap Send
At this time you can not tag the placement of the sigantures in Docusign Ink. You will need to discuss with your clients where to sign. This feature will be coming soon in 2nd Quarter per Docusign (February 15, 2013)
