Zipforms to Docusign on your Ipad using Box.com

Ways to get your contracts signed when your client is not with you and your have your Ipad with you but not your laptop.

In this simple step-by-step process, you will be able to do just that.  Buy the Zipforms mobile edition (check with your Associations b/c they may have a discount) – This must be done first  from a PC/laptop previous to using on your Ipad.

Then create account on Box.com. Then click on +NEW, New Folder, type in name of Folder (ie: Offers or Contracts). Click on Keep  Private for Now, click on Okay. Now you must create an email address related to that folder so you can email upload documents to it. So click on the folder you just created. On the right hand side it will say Folder Options. Click on the drop down arrow on Folder Options, hover your mouse over the Upload to this Folder. You will see some options come up. Click on the one that says Email Files to this Folder. Then under the Email Options tab, click on the box that says Allow uploads to this folder via Email.Once you click on that, an email address will auto-populate below. Copy that email address into your Evernote notebook or as a contact in Zipforms. The email address will look something similiar to this –[email protected]

Now we are ready to send a Contract

1. Go to your Zipforms mobile site that you bookmarked (m.zipformonline.com) or go to the Zipform App on your Ipad.

2. Type up your contract on Zipforms on your Ipad.

3. Email to your Box.net folder as a PDF. ([email protected]– This is mine so please do not email to it, showing as an example only)

4.  Go to Docusign on your Ipad

5. Then Tap on New Envelope

6. Tap on Box Docs

7. Tap Folder it would have been emailed to

8. Then tap on the form you need to have signed

9. Tap Next, then fill in Email subject, Email message

10. Then tap Tag Document

11. Tap orange box saying Add Recipient

12. Tap Signer

13. Type in Name, Email address

14. On the right hand side, Tap signature or initial (whatever is appopriate). Then tap on the document where you need them to sign- It is not a drag and drop to do this. Then tap to move the signature in the correct place.

15. When complete, tap Send Now

Jot Not Pro Scanner a scanner to scan from your phone to a multi-page PDF (great for getting Seller’s Disclosure & copy of repair receipts back to me)

 

 

 

Houzz or Houzz Kids or Pinterest- staging ideas to get home on market- I also encourage you to send me pins on ideas after you have gotten some ideas of ways to freshen up your home to put on market.

 

Dropbox- I will be sharing a digital folder with you that contains on pertinent document for you regarding the real estate transaction. You are also welcome to “Drop” in documents that you may need to share with me.

 

Docusign Ink- makes it easy for you to sign permission trip forms, medical release forms quick and lender documents as well. Sellers, I will be sending the listing agreement to you as well as offers to you digitally using Docusign. You will be able to tap on your iPhone/Ipad or Droid to sign. Buyers, I will send you an offer digitally and you can sign using finger to tap on your iPhone/Ipad/Droid. We will discuss offer digitally using Skype or Facetime or phone call, which ever you are the most comfortable.
